Dust jacket is mylar protected, it has wrinkling, chipping, creases and tears on the top and bottom spine and corners near the spine, chipping on the corners, light wrinkling on the edges, label residue on the front inside flap, discoloration, and normal shelf wear. Book has wrinkling on the spine edges, light discoloration and shelf wear.This is a book for the cook who wants to have a backlog of simpler dishes that do not require too much time or, naturally, too many ingredients. 8.25"x5.5".204 pages.
