"The temporary units proposed are cozy, attractive one and two-bedroom units, with living room, kitcheneete and bathroom equipped with all necessary facilities [. . .] A basic rental of £1 per week will allow for interest, liberal allowances for maintenances, and return the capital in 7½ to 8 years."
