Full refund if dissatisfied and return postage refunded if the item is returned in its original condition . Discount of 10% available on multiple orders. Free shipping on U.K. orders. For the rest of the world, shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 lb or 1 Kg . Tracking is attached to U.K. orders in excess of �20 and is an option for overseas buyers . Orders are processed within two working days of receipt . U.K. orders are despatched using U.K. Standard 2nd Class rate ; please contact us if 1st Class is requested to arrange an additional payment . For non- U.K. orders there is an option of selecting a 'priority' shipping rate and speed , while there is a slow International Economy (surface mail) option available for overseas buyers.
