The book is sound and complete. 10 by 12 inches with 104 pages. The boards have moderate shelf wear. Foredge corners have heavier wear, leather spine is bumped at the corners, bit more at the top with some wear at the spine ends. A few spots and light scuffs on the covers. The book has a little curl near the foredge from storage. Paper is darkening from age, rear gutter is splitting, about 3/4 of it but still holding, gutter loose in a couple of other spots, binding threads still holding. From an architect firm, with their stamp at lower corner of front endpaper, fountain pen name and date upper corner, small original book store sticker inside front cover. The firm put a card pocket inside rear cover. I found no other markings in the book, illustrated with photographs and diagrams.
