The thirty-first book in the Oz series and among the scarcer late Thompson titles in such strong condition. Written by Ruth Plumly Thompson, who continued the Oz series following the death of L. Frank Baum.

Octavo. 120 pp. Illustrated throughout in black and white. Original pink cloth, with color pictorial title panel to the front board, portions of the title embellished in silver, and black titles and decoration to the spine. Publisher's illustrated endpapers. With the original dust jacket. Spine gently rolled; front inner hinge cracked but book block remains firm; faint tanning to endpapers. Cloth exceptionally bright and fresh. Jacket edge-rubbed, with a few tiny chips and nicks.
