Corrected to 1808. Map is in very good condition, folded within a card slipcase in acceptable condition. Map is printed on cloth, this preventing the usual splits in the folds of other antique maps, and is 47.5cm wide, 58cm high. Card case is tanned, foxed and blemished, worn at edges with notable age-related blemishes, however structural integrity remains intact. Map and cloth backing are tanned, with light, occasional spots of foxing noted. Original outline clear and wash colour remains true.
