Spine ends, edges, and corners are rubbed and fraying, spine faded, tape marks on fc, page edges browned and foxed, (does not enter text block at all), Yellow eps, ffep has a PA House of Representatives gift label from Joseph Smith, PO name stamped on the top of the first several pages. Very nice steel cut engraving of the Pennsylvania Capitol Buildings and grounds facing the title page with onion skin paper intact. Missing the PA map that originally folded out from the rear ep. Tight, clean, square, and without any musty odors or other problems. No DJ as issued. Superb and nearly impossible to find reference material for 19th Century PA Legal History for the law librarian, student, law professor, or of course, attorney, that is in totally readable condition. Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
