About this Item

Well, we have been hearing a lot of Democratic Socialism of late, so here's a chance to find out a little more about it from someone who was involved big time. Please find: "Socialism- Critical & Constructive" by J. Ramsay MacDonald. The Author was the first English Prime Minister to represent the Labor Party in government (and I guess if I have understood it well, he got kicked out of the Socialist party for mixing political theories and action!). In any case, this book will give you some historical perspective. Sorry, again, but some of the pages are showing yellow but they are not; they are clean and bright white. I am endeavoring to figure out what is happening with my digital camera.
Condition: This book is in very good plus condition. The hard covers are clean, barely bumped and the paste-down labels on cover and spine still in good condition. Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages are clean and bright throughout, without toning or foxing. Both hinges are intact and the binding is tight, sound and square. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.

All books will be carefully packaged, typically in plastic, with bubble-wrap padding and cardboard protection. Books will be quickly shipped, usually within one business day of completion of the transaction. This seller is mother tongue English speaker but can understand and respond in Spanish (fluent), French (good) and Italian (fair) having lived in countries where these languages are spoken.
Within the United States, Media Mail thru the U.S. Postal System will be the default shipping method. Buyers may specify that they wish to use an alternative method, such as Priority Mail. For International and Canadian buyers, shipments will be sent via International First Class Mail if they are within the 4 lb weight limit for that postal category.
