It is a very kind message of thanks and gratitude to a friend: 'To Christina Charter, for your devotion and loyalty, for your unfailing kindness and courtesy.'. Dated 1910.Minnie Ferris Hauenstein was an American poet and writer. This copy would have been from her personal library until it was gifted in 1910. In half calf binding with cloth boards. Externally, very smart. There is some slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Two small marks to the bottom of the spine. Internally, firmly bound.
