No signatures. Some foxing and fading to dustjacket. Small 1/2" tear with tape repair to dustjacket. Dustjacket protected in archival mylar cover.; Volume Three only, covering the period from 1567 to 1707. x, 501 pages. Maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Page dimensions: 179 x 124mm. "Much of the material now assembled in this convenient form has hitherto been scattered throughout numerous volumes, some of them not readily accessible" - from dustjacket blurb. Very Good- No dust jacket as issued.
