Issued by Current Books, Inc. under the A. A. Wyn imprint, the novel reflects the period's interest in psychologically driven narrative and socially conscious themes. Offered here in notably fine internal condition, this is an attractive surviving example of a comparatively uncommon mid-twentieth-century first edition. South Wind Blows, by Clark Porteous. Housed in a good dustjacket with some wear to extremities and some small losses to upper and lower edges. Some rubbing and light soiling. The jacket now housed in removable, clear, protective plastic. Text is clean and bright throughout. All soundly bound. No spotting at all. Text in English. 192pp. Dimensions: approx 209mm high x 148mm wide x 25mm deep. Weight: approximately 338g (unpacked).
