The recipes are delicious, imaginative, and fun, including: olive canape spread, smoked oyster spread, chicken liver pate tarragon, gurkas dilisas in Appetizers. Chuck steak rosemary, gingered steak strips, loin of pork rotisserie, Italian country-style lamb stew in Meats. So many sauces including Antigua onion sauce, basil mint sauce, Old Hickory tomato sauce, Cumberland sauce, sauce verte (for cold seafood as lobster), and more. Breads include cardamon coffee braid and toasted onion muffins. In desserts are Greek walnut cake, Turkish coffee-spice cake, and gingered heavenly hash.
