Spiderman No. 1 1978 in top condition. Very good collector's condition. Nice flat magazine with binding, no direct complaints. Two very marginal folds at the bottom towards the spine under the lower staples (barely visible), possibly marginally roughened lower right corner, see picture 1. My assessment is that it is in VF/VF+ condition, but for your own assessment see the pictures.
