Uncommon title, with Trove showing only 6 libraries in Australia holding copies. Printed in Great Britain. Bound in publisher's original dark blue cloth with bright gilt lettering & design to front board & spine, beveled edges, brown endpapers. Slight handling wear, mild marginal spotting, otherwise a nice clean tight solid hardcover copy. iv + 396pp + 48pp ads. Scarce first edition. SB-44.
