Given the new U.S. rates with no surface mail on International shipping, you may want to query us first on exact shipping charges, as we can reduce shipping amounts for smaller items, etc. In any case, when the actual shipping cost is significantly less than the amount originally charged, I process a refund on shipping in line with the actual costs.
