Trade Paperback. Ex-Library. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. This trade sized paperback composition textbook is in good condition with minor wear. The book was a High School writing lab book and has a number taped to the outer spine and several stamps. The cover notes this as an alternate first edition. The covers have some wear on the faces and at the corners but look pretty good. The spine is tight with minor wear around the edges. The pages are white with minor edgewear and no marks besides the library stuff. 12 chapters are offered each with springboards to thinking, a reading survey, vocabulary building, spelling, sentence logic, a refresher exercise and springboards to writing. The book also includes 2 appendices of grammar aids, and index of vocabulary words, and index of spelling demons and a general index in the back. 414 pages. CHEAP SHIPPING MEDIA MAIL.

WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
