First Edition. 36 x 27 cm. x. 96 text pages (incl. Index pages) and 108 Plates. Complete. Contemporary half cloth over paper covered boards. Hard cover. Very good condition. Binding rubbed and bumped, somewhat discoloured and stained (see images). Top edge of most pages mildly damp stained (not affecting text or images). Overall still a very impressive publication. Very heavy item.
