1914 first edition in handsome prize binding for Hildersham House, St Peters (Kent). Full navy calf with gilt borders front and back, gilt Hildersham House St Peters on front panel and gilt decoration, raised bands and contrasting red leather title panel on spine. Binding in good condition, with light wear to spine. Marbled end papers. 1914 inscription on front blank end paper. 271-page text in very good, tight, clean condition. Pages edges marbled. Tissue-guarded frontispiece and 11 other excellent coloured plates by Sybil Barham.Weight 752g. See photographs attached. (H-36). Seller Inventory # BM14621
