'4to'/ broad 8vo, x + 294pp. Original plain white and orange wrappers, slightly edgeworn and very slightly discoloured toward edges; corners slightly dog-eared. A preliminary report which presents itself as a precursor to the first of Papua New Guinea's budgety expenditure reports a year prior to the protectorate's transition to a sovereign state. Numerous b/w charts and tables, in addition to tree diagrams describing the structure of various governement departments. A very good copy. First edition.
