First edition 1811. Two page list of subscribers which includes Thomas Beckford. Fifty soft ground etchings printed on india paper + etched title page. Small water stain to the lower margins of the book ( not affecting images). Some occasional foxing, mostly to tissue guards. Endpapers foxed. Contemporary half leather with marbled boards. Spine hinges cracked, boards still firmly attached. Top and bottom of spine and corners lightly chipped and heavily rubbed. Marbled paper rubbed, darkened and marked. Very attractive red titling label to upper cover saying Wilson's Sketch-Book. Still not a bad copy in untouched original condition. Rare.
