Hardback, bound in the original tan cloth, with printed titling to spine. 19 � 12.5cm, 227pp. A series of essays on revolution and revolutionaries written between 1946 and 1949 which had previously appeared in the Times Literary Supplement. Subjects include: The Communist Manifesto, Proudhon, Herzen, Plekhanov, Lenin, Stalin etc. Condition: A good copy, previous owner's name to the ffep.
