First edition. With a 1 page TLS, dated "September 24, 1932" from the author to Dr. Clarence B. Farrar, requesting that he review this work for the International Congress. With a copy of Farrar s review laid in. With the bookplate of C.B. Farrar. 4to., orig. red fabricoid, 384pp. double columns. Fine. In his review, Farrar states in part: "It is a monumental work which clears the ground and points the way for the systematic cataloguing of errors, which as the author states in concluding this study, should provide the basis needed for a genuine science of education.".
