On the whole a very nice clean copy with no inscriptions. Fresh looking and clean maroon cloth boards. Oddly there are two page leaves quite far back, p269 to 272, which are slightly oversized/untrimmed which has resulted in them becoming creased and a little torn at some point in the book's history. This really is the only flaw, other than the odd bit of toning to the prelim pages. Dust jacket is not price clipped and in fine, clean condition. A little light shop shelf wear that's all.

Richardson Rare Books Tel. 01472 823900 was formerly known as Mr. Books which is located on Tonbridge High Street in Kent, England for over 12 years up until July 2017. Due to the sale of the bricks and mortar side of the business it made sense to change the name to reflect a shift of direction. Since then we have been trading online, at PBFA fairs and Bloomsbury Book Fairs, as well as showcases at select antique centres in Lincolnshire. We don't specialise in anything in particular, just rare and fine books on many subjects. Over the years we have built up an impressive range of signed modern fiction firsts which aren't always listed on abebooks so please do call us if you have any particularly collections you'd like to add to. Shipping terms
Orders always shipped within 2 business days. Wherever possible there are no extra postage charges for heavy books for UK based customers, although there may occasionally be for overseas customers.
