Lull who was appointed as Deputy Surgeon General during WWII, one of a set of 17 volumes belonging to General Lull, VG (distribution list for this volume laid in, corners lightly rubbed, small scuff mark on back cover, "Major General George F. Lull, USA (Ret.)" in gilt on front cover).
