1st printing (1969). 352pp. VG/VG copy, binding square and tight, corners gently bumped, cloth covers clean and bright, internally excellent; dust jacket has a couple of nicks, spine ends chipped, spine sunned, now preserved in archival jacket protector. Bookplate on half-title of Beckerman Productions, Inc. (based in MGM Studios). This book was acquired from the library of British film director Jack Clayton (1921-1995), although no indication of provenance appears in the book. Clayton likely used the book as research for his unrealised western project Fall Creek (1976). Seller Inventory # 024833
