Original hardcover in jacket, first edition, 357 pages, book is solid and bright. Older book, boards are bright with embossed small design on front board; gilt on spine. There is a bump, tear to the back, bottom board edge; some age-toning to the pages, light reading wear. Previous owner tiny stamp on endpaper. Jacket has some general rubbing and fading, wear along edges; few small chips, creases with soiling mostly to the back jacket. Jacket corner tip is clipped. Overall, book and jacket are about good condition to good plus. Better than a reading copy. b7.
