- Octavo, light blue boards backed with brown cloth in a dust wrapper. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed & chipped with the spine slightly sunned. The edges of the rear panel are darkened & there are short tears to its top edge with a piece out. viii, [i], 83 & [2] pages plus colophon. There is light soiling to pages 82 and 83, else near fine in a very good dust wrapper. First edition.
