THE DUST JACKET HAS MINOR RUBBING TO THE CORNERS. THE FRONT SIDE OF THE JACKET HAS A 1CM TEAR TO THE TOP EDGE. THE SPINE HAS A SLIGHT STAIN WITH MINOR RUBBING TO THE TOP AND BOTTOM EDGES. THE BACK SIDE OF THE JACKET IS SLIGHTLY GRUBBY WITH MINOR MARKS. THE BINDING IS REASONABLY TIGHT. PAGE EDGES HAVE A SMALL STAIN TO THE BOTTOM EDGE. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
