Text/Near New & Bright, w/folded lower corner tips to pgs 15, 17 & back endpaper. First published 1961. Illustrated boards/NF w/a whisper of shelfwear. A Dr. Seuss Beginner Book. Dr. Seuss was a pen name of Theodor Seuss Geisel (1904 – 1991) for children's books he both authored & illustrated --- Theo. Lesieg (note: Lesieg is Geisel spelt backwards!) was the pen name he used primarily for books he wrote but others illustrated, as in this instance. This tale of possible joyful antics w/apples balanced on the head was illustrated by Roy McKie (1921 – 2015) whose art work appeared in several of Theo. Lesieg a la Dr. Seuss' Beginner Books series. Book a delight as are the color illustrations.
