Tight binding. FINE text block BUT: p239 aged from laid in artical. Both fold out maps like new. No fold line tears or incorrect folding. Very Good book. Both hinges repaired, using orig covers.

Rates within US are $6 for USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope, $11-14 for Priority Mail flat rate medium size boxes. Overseas rates are $33 ($23 to Canada) for Priority Mail flat rate envelope(4# max), much more for boxes. WE pay the first $2 of all Media Mail shipments.
