Private library stamp on inside front paste-down, otherwise About Very Good hardcover in chipped dustwrapper with a half-inch tear out of upper right corner and a like-sized piece out of the dustwrapper's bottom spine. A beautiful woman's land is being stolen from her and it's up to tough western hero Lary Day with assistance from kindly Dr. Northrup to rid the countryside of cattle thieves, solve a murder, & insure the establishment of an irrigation dam.
