items will be held for 7 days pending receipt of payment or submission of credit account details.

United Parcel Service: STANDARD GROUND, $7.50 for the first book, and $3.75 for each additional
book.

Delivery to destinations in CANADA by United States Postal Service: FIRST CLASS, $8 for the 1st
book, and $4 for each additional book. For higher level service, please inquire.

Delivery to destinations in counties other than the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or CANADA by
United States Postal Service: GLOBAL PRIORITY, $9.50 for the 1st book, and $9.50 for each
additional book. AIR LETTER POST, $14.50 ($17.50 Asia) for the first book, $7.50 for each additional
book (shipments weighing over four pounds will be sent by INTERNATIONAL PARCEL POST, AIR). For
higher level service, please inquire.

for merchandise sent by U.S. Postal Service, please ask. Uninsured parcels are sent at the buyer's
