Reprinted from the Mansfield & North Notts Advertiser, title page undated, published in Mansfield by W & J Linney Ltd, circa 1926 this is the First Edition of this very scarce travel book, with much of the content devoted to the author?s time in Australia and New Zealand, with some account of time travelling in France, Italy, Port said, Hawaii and the United States of America book measures 8.25 inches tall approx., 228 pages, illustrated with a couple of photos, very rare, only one copy located in any of the institutional library collections, and that is the copy in the British Library, the covers are noticeably darkened with rubbing wear, splits to cloth along spine edge and spine back, internally old presentation inscription to front endpaper, some straining of gatherings at gutter though all still firmly attached, a few minor marks else contents in good condition A GOOD ACCEPABLE EXAMPLE OF THIS VERY SCARCE BOOK.
