First edition, first printing. [iv], 252 pp. Bound in publisher's black cloth-affect boards with spine titles stamped in green. Fine with light rubbing to lower board edges and head and tail of spine. In a Near Fine unclipped dust jacket with light rubbing, sunning, and faint tidemark and several light scuffs to spine panel, faint rippling and sunning adjacent to spine, and 1/2" closed tear to right foldline. An exceptionally clean copy of Highsmith's most famous novel, with firm binding and a lovely unchipped dust jacket.
