Tales of a Wayward Inn

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, dark blue cloth boards shows some spotting and scuffing along with edge and corner bumps/wear. There is a small dark spot on the long side of the exterior page edges. The overall condition of the interior binding is good except for a few spots at the front board hinge, which is starting to crack. The rear hinge is good and all the text pages are good. No signatures or bookplates present, no library markings, no handwriting, nothing torn or loose. Pages are toned due to age and there are a few scattered foxing spots present. First edition thus with a single date of 1938 appearing on both the title and copyright pages.
