See photos for condition details: Softcover, original 1920 publication in pale brown wraps. The exterior shows quite a bit of toning and soiling with most of the overhangs of the front and rear wraps chipped away with the remaining parts precariously hanging on. There's also a tear on the front cover, lower left hinge area, that measures approximately 2" in length. The interior binding is good and most of the text areas are tight. The front end page is also torn at the same area as the cover, there is also a fractional tear along the bottom edge. The pages are mildly toned but clean, there is no handwriting, bookplates, library markings etc. anywhere in the book. The rear cover is pulling just a bit near the top edge, this can be easily glued back in place if it gets any worse.
