Blue boards, black spine, and gilt lettering and decoration. 236 x 314 x 26mm. 270pp. Copiously illustrated in b/w and colour; includes bibliography and index. Jacket a little discoloured on underside, sunned on spine, and with light creasing/scuffing along top edge; cover slightly discoloured on bottom edge and at bottom of spine; minor age-browning/spotting to page-edges, but internal contents clean and bright throughout.
