First British Edition, no date given, [July 2, 1930], yellow decorative cloth binding with brown stampings on front board and spine panel, frontis and numerous line drwings. Near Fine book with bruised and lightly sunned (area corresponding to chips in dust jacket) spine ends in Good Plus, 3/6, dust jacket with spine panel missing 1 1/2" from the top (includes the title) and less than 1/2" from the bottom (part of "Collins" missing) of spine panel, 2" X 1 1/2" chip to upper back panel corner at flap, tiny chips at the corners, slight flaking at hinge folds, several closed tears, creases to back cover and spine panel lightly sunned, front cover is almost completely intact.
