"Tell Me" Children's Muslin Rag Book - Circa 1905 Victorian.
Uncredited artist behind the illustrations in this specific Dean's Rag Book is highly attributed to H.G.C. Marsh-Lambert (Helen Grace Culverwell Marsh-Lambert).
The sun face circle printed in the bottom right corner of the back cover means that specific emblem is the "Sunburn" or "Sun Face" registration mark. Dean's Rag Book Co. used it during the early 1900s and 1910s to indicate that the dyes used on the muslin fabric were fast, completely fade-resistant to sunlight, and safely washable.
