Book has no creased page corners, no former ownership markings or used bookstore stamps inside, no foxing to pages or endpapers or outer page edges, slight dust soiling/age darkening to outer page edges, clean endpapers with no soiling or staining, no splitting to internal hinges, no spine lean, no wear to board edges or board corners or to spine tips, no spine sun fading/darkening, no rubbing to spine lettering, no handling/dust soiling to boards, no soiling or discoloration to boards, no bumped board corners. Dust jacket has small closed tears at flap crease and shallow losses at spine tips and along bottom on rear panel otherwise no tearing, chipping or creasing, slight wear to spine tips, slight wear to front flap crease (loss at top flap crease corner), slight edge wear, NO SPINE SUN FADING (common defect with this DJ), no color rubbing to front panel which is very nice, +hint of dust rubbing to white rear panel, no soiling or staining. Overall a FINE-/N-FINE book in VG condition dust jacket (not price clipped) of a rare 1940s era Agatha Christie 1st printing.
