Cover illustration by Phil Foglio. Editorial by Kevin McAnn followed by four stories: "Exchange" by Lin and D.C. Poyer, illustrated by Mary Ann Cramer and Olle E. Petterson; "The Hyde Effect" by Steve Vance, illustrated by Earl Geier; "True to Form" by David Castlewitz, illustrated by Tim Allen; and "Listen to the Rain" by Al Sirois and Kevin O'Donnell, Jr., illustrated by Thalia St. Lewis and Al Sirois.
