Green cloth binding interestingly loosely wrapped in a separate tan hardcover incorporating the map shown on the last page of the book. This may have been a custom addition, or perhaps it was an alternate cover considered by the publisher??? In any case, it appears to be unique to this copy. Book is in Good condition with some foxing to the green cloth and some fairly mild damage to the upper front corner. Small stain at upper edge of front pastedown and front endpage. No marks.
