Two smart first edition volumes of this analytical guide to serial publications from the Royal Historical Society. Complete in two volumes. First edition. An analytical guide to printed texts and calendars relating to English and Welsh history issued in general collections or in series by a public body or a private society. Volume one reviews texts published before March 1957 and volume two reviews texts from 1957 to 1982. With a detailed index. Written by Edward Lindsay Carson Mullins, a British historian appointed Secretary to the Editorial Board History of Parliament. In the original red cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear only. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with minor age toning to the endpapers. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Near Fine.
