Crown8vo, xvi, 80 p. Frontispiece of Andrews and 5 other full-page pictures. Modern rebind of polished half brown calf, marbled boards, gilt. 'M. B 22 Nov 1913' at head of front blank, small edge splits on frontispiece repaired, otherwise a very good copy of the scarce first edition, the book was reprinted within a month, in a neat brown cloth slip case, ideal for presentation. Rare book.
