Hardcover. xvii, 283p., a fine big coffeetable of a book with all the bells and whistles of modern fine press, including two glossy sheets placed at the endpapers fore and aft (to prevent adhesions? hardly; ask Mr Stout, who is hands-on in the production of his books.) The casebinding consists of 12.5x9.5 inch squareback boards papered with evocative greenish stuff titled and decorated in silverfoil, and enclosed in the dust jacket.
