Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. pp. xii, [2], 2-334 including index. 8vo. Frontispiece. Illustrated with photos, drawings, and a map. Includes the very scarce dust jacket. The book is in solid, square, very clean condition with a gift inscription to a Spalding family member on the front free end paper. There are two old tape marks on the front and rear paste downs. The dust jacket has edge and corner wear, browning but is whole and now protected in a mylar sleeve.
