First edition. Folio. Cloth and illustrated papercovered boards. Edited with an introduction by James Johnson Sweeney. 85 drawings by Calder. Corners a little bumped, still fine in fine dustwrapper with a very faint dampstain at the crown, and very slightly spine-faded. One of 700 numbered copies, this copy unnumbered. Small envelope laid (and formerly lightly tipped) in with the calling card of Mr. and Mrs. James Johnson Sweeney, with a handwritten presentation from them.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Our $10 rate is for UPS or Priority Mail. Our $5.50 rate is media mail which can take a week or two, or a month or two (rarely, but has happened).
