Black cloth; gilt spine lettering. The Torrens System, "which has been adopted, in whole or in part, in eleven states, with increasing benefit to the owners of property and homes," is explained through this presentation of sixteen articles which appeared as a series in "The Wall Street Journal." Title and facing page bear light, neatly-rectangular shadows of previously laid-in items. Otherwise clean, tight, and unworn in a moderately edgeworn (tiny spine chips; two short, closed tears) dust jacket with neat clear tape reinforcement/mending to most of upper edge and lower extremities. Very light soil to jacket.

Shipping terms
Prices include Media Rate postage in U.S. Although overseas shipping rates are often charged as they appear in the matrix, the quoted rates are guidelines only; we determine the exact cost for shipping of each order.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
We are happy to accommodate buyers who wish to include extra insurance and/or other post office tracking services, but these services are at the buyer's expense, unless stated in the book description(we insure some items). [Please note that filing a successful USPS insurance claim with necessary proof is a rigorous process with a dubious outcome.]
