10" x 12 1/2 " Oblong. First edition in English from the German edition. Portrait frontispiece, 76 pp. Illustrated in color and in black and white showing the towns, highways, railroads, valley floor slopes, locations, landscapes, climate, economy, residential areas and green areas, industry, water undeveloped schools and more. A very good copy bound in paper covered boards lettered and decorated in red and white, spine lettering white, chipping and wear to spine ends a few nicks to corners and some edges.
