Towns and places featured include Waterford, Wexford, Fore, Drogheda, Fethard, New Ross, Kilmallock, Kilkenny, Clonmell, Athlone, Galway, Youghal, Kells (In Ossory), Trim, Athenry, Londonderry, Carrickfergus, Dublin and Limerick. Very good plates and text illustrations from drawings by the author. The text is in very good, tight, clean condition, with hardly any foxing. Just a hint of age-browning of end papers and age-browning of the tissue-guard of the frontispiece. One small, neat repair to rear inner hinge. No inscriptions. The binding, of pictorial cloth-backed boards, is in very good condition, though somewhat faded and age-browned. Title on spine and front. Altogether a good copy. See photographs attached.
